This contemporary aged care establishment is situated on the southern coast of New South Wales in
**Batemans Bay**, providing a range of services to older people such as residential care, short-term respite, and specialized dementia care, with a total of 83 beds. Being located by the coast, the facility offers a modern and fitting service to its surroundings, providing residents with a comfortable and stress-free lifestyle.

Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care possible and that the clinical care team is adequately resourced, trained and motivated to deliver exceptional care.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate
**Clinical Care Manager** who will be responsible for the overall management of clinical care services provided - leading a team of nurses and care staff.

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 83-bed Aged Care facility in Batemans Bay, NSW
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
