About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist, Campaign Manager & Property Management Assistant to join our vibrant and growing team at LJ Hooker Woden/Weston. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Weston, ACT office and play a vital part in supporting our busy Real Estate & Property business.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting clients and visitors with exceptional customer service
  • Managing the front office reception, including phone calls.
  • Assisting the property management team with administrative duties such as processing applications, managing rent payments and liaising with tenants
  • Coordinating and managing marketing campaigns for four selling agents
  • Providing general administrative support across the business as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the Real Estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
