**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Custom Staircase Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and love seeing a project come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Install custom-designed timber staircases according to specifications and drawings.
Read and interpret plans, site measurements, and installation instructions.
Liaise professionally with builders, site managers, and clients.
Conduct site checks to ensure installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience in staircase installation, carpentry, or joinery (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Qualified Carpenter (Certificate lll + Apprenticeship)
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
White Card (Construction Induction Card) and valid driver’s license.
Tools & suitable vehicle.
