Job Description

Due to continued growth, CEA is seeking a skilled **Field Service Technician** to join our team at our Wingfield location. In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently servicing and repairing both new and used equipment in our workshop and on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery for repairs, maintenance, and servicing
- Perform major services on-site and in the field
- Complete repairs and services in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Service machinery under warranty

**Skills & Experience**:

- Accredited trade qualification in a relevant industry
- Experience with earthmoving and construction machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Efficient in servicing and repairs
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
