**Position Descriptor**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Arts teacher to join our dynamic team at Mount Compass Area School. This position offers the opportunity to work with students from Years 6 to 12 in a supportive, community-focused environment that prioritises high-quality teaching and learning. Mount Compass Area School is a Reception to Year 12 school located 47 km south of Adelaide on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula. Our school is known for its strong sense of community, commitment to student success, and highly stable staff. The successful applicant will teach in our purpose-built, art facility, completed in 2021 as part of a major capital works project. This inspiring space overlooks our working school farm and a rare and endangered piece of Fleurieu Swamp.
