Our Inbound team is responsible for receiving, putaway and returns. Each function is as important as the last in ensuring stock integrity is kept upon receiving while ensuring stock is putaway online, able to be picked for customer orders as soon as possible. Our inbound team also processes customer returns ensuring items that are sent back from customers are processed in a timely manner making for a great customer experience and returned items are ready for their next journey.

**What you will do**
- Have a safety first mentality and always look for opportunities to improve the safety of our workplace.
- Put the safety of myself and my teammates above anything else. I make sure I clean up after myself and others, and participate in daily general housekeeping and maintenance.
- Lead with the company's best interests in mind, reporting any incidents or near misses to leaders.
- Competent in being the first point of contact for any performance related conversations or concerns and can effectively triage information to the right people.
- Have the ability to look holistically at my individual team's needs and our business goals and adjust daily plans to accommodate both.
- Lead engaging and useful toolbox meetings that my team actively participates in.
- Enthusiastic about training and development and I am dedicated to identifying areas of opportunities and working with staff to improve results.
- A systems guru and am often called upon to champion any system training.
- Cconfident multi-tasker and enjoy working in a fast paced warehouse environment.

- Experience leading large and diverse teams, with the ability to deliver feedback.
