Work for a leading retail business located in Alexandria as an Accounts Officer on a contractual basis. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial

transactions are captured accurately in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Prepare royalty calculations
- Prepare sales uploads into ERP system
- Prepare and review SOH reconciliation for all locations
- Track and reconcile inventory records of all incoming and outgoing goods across retail stores and external sites
- Cost review & reconciliation of related accounts
- Data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Customer and Supplier account reconciliations
- Assist Senior Financial Accountant with preparation of all statutory returns and reconciliations
- Troubleshoot & resolve systems integration issues with relevant IT teams
- Cost analysis

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience in an Accounts officer role or equivalent
- Balance sheet and P&L reconciliation experience within an ERP system
- Strong reconciliation skills
