About the Role

Himalayanvilla is seeking **committed, caring, and professional Female Support Workers** to join our Supported Living Team in **Haberfield and Sydney city locations (NSW)**. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while working within a supportive and inclusive team culture.

We have a variety of shifts available across a **24/7 rotating roster**, including mornings, afternoons, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers to build and maintain independence while providing care where needed
- Assisting with daily living tasks:

- Personal care (showering, oral hygiene, shaving)
- Medication administration
- Transport to appointments
- Engaging in activities at home and in the community
- Household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Engaging with customers positively to support their wellbeing
- Following care plans and completing accurate shift notes and incident reports

Essential Criteria
- Experience supporting customers with dementia, challenging behaviours, epilepsy, mental health needs, and/or complex medical conditions
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to build positive relationships
- Accurate reporting and record-keeping skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (24/7 availability preferred)
- **Must be female staff - Italian and Greek background preferred**:

- Current NSW Police Check
- NSW Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
