**About us**
Established in 1840, we are Australia’s first wellbeing company, delivering health, wealth and care services for our members and the community.
As a social enterprise, we’re motivated by our purpose to positively impact the wellbeing of millions. We reinvest profits to deliver products and services sustainably that matter most to our members, customers and the Australian community.
For us, Real Wellbeing encompasses the whole experience of life. It’s about feeling supported in your health, connected with your community and empowered to live life on your terms.
**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? At Australian Unity, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support the journey of prospective residents as they find the retirement community that’s right for them.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our Sales team—supporting every step from first inquiry to move-in day. Your mission? To deliver a seamless, positive experience that reflects the warmth and vibrancy of our communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with Prospects: Be the friendly first point of contact—answering inquiries, offering guidance, and helping families feel informed and supported.
- Coordinate Tours & Visits: Schedule and organise community tours that highlight what makes us special.
- Keep Us On Track: Maintain and update lead details in our CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist with presentations, brochures, and sales tools that bring our communities to life.
- Track Success: Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to help meet occupancy goals.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide prompt and thoughtful support to both potential and current residents.
- Build Relationships: Nurture positive connections with families, residents, and local referral sources.
- Support New Residents: Help welcome and onboard new residents, making sure their first days feel like home.
- Stay Organised: Manage documentation, reports, and office materials to keep things running smoothly.
**Who You Are**:
You’re organised, approachable, and people-focused. You take pride in creating memorable experiences and understand the impact a smooth, thoughtful sales journey can have. If you’re ready to help build thriving communities and be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the senior living or retirement community industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**What’s on Offer**:
You will enjoy a range of great employee benefits and rewards including:
- Competitive salary + bonus program
- Enjoy additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days
- 14-week paid parental leave, with equal benefit for both parents PLUS our Bump to Baby
