Our Assistant Managers support the Site Manager in many aspects of Service Station/Convenience Store operations and provide practical guidance, leadership, and inspiration to their teams daily. A positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond will see you thrive in our fast-paced retail environment.

Furthermore, no two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable with change and dynamic enough to deal with any challenge.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the Site Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.
- Controlling store incomes and expenses.
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, stacking shelves, merchandising, ordering, and maintaining Brand standards.
- Assist in the training and development of individual store team members.
- Always Ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Assisting with staff planning and rostering.
- Relieving the Site Manager as and when required.
