**About the role**
- 4 day week, with shift length to be negotiated between 7.5 and 9.5 hours long.
- Support the 'key educator approach' and ‘circle of security’ philosophy by developing connections with children and families
- Ensure the curriculum and practices reflect the Centre's philosophy.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and stimulating educational environment.
- Engage actively as a member of a community of learners.
- Role model and communicate best practice to educators to encourage high performance and maintain a positive team environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Certificate 3 or Diploma (or working towards qualifications)
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and WWCC
