About You
You will hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
Great understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life and inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
Need to have solid programming curriculum experience
Willing to be proactive in implementing the curriculum.
Bright, friendly, and energetic personality
Ability to build strong connections with children and families.
Dedicated to developing the future of children.
Must hold Australian recognised qualifications and have working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident)

About the role:
Ensure that a developmentally & educationally appropriate program is planned & implemented for all children.
Assess the needs of each child and monitor their progress.
Supervise children and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Maintain effective communication with the parents of each child.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.
Develop quality programs suitable for different age groups.
Maintain and manage the resources for your room.
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
Have an exciting time with the children.

Commitment to full-time work and full-time study through our Registered Training Organisation, undertaking a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Must **not** have any previously completed qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Be willing to learn and be guided by our senior and experienced team of educators
- This traineeship currently has NO FEES applicable to complete the course. Take advantage of this government initiative while it is available.
