In the role of **Business Banking Manager**, you will join** the Metro & Specialised team** that’s doubling down on **customer obsession**

Use your strong commercial acumen and business banking skills to support customers by providing leave cover for bankers.

Work as part of a connected team to support bankers and customers right across Melbourne's Inner-City & North-West, reporting to the local Business Banking Executive.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Demonstrated experience within business banking and a desire to continue to develop your skills to progress your career
- Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk
- Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation abilities to enable collaboration with customers, business partners and stakeholders
- A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
- An agile mindset and adaptive leadership skills
