We are currently seeking a **Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Scouting Team Member and an IPM Grounds Team Member at our Warragul site** for our IPM operations and drive our team towards excellence.

As an **_IPM Scouting Team Member_**, you will scout for pest and disease across our site and provide substantial data that will be further analysed.
- What does the role look like:_
- Check and confirm pest and disease levels in crops.
- Train new team members on identifying pests and beneficial insects.
- Recommend treatments for crops to manage pests effectively.
- Coordinate scouting efforts and share findings with other stakeholders.
- Create clear crop reports and maps for all growing areas.
- Verify scouting results when needed.
- Help introduce beneficial insects as needed.
- Identify plant diseases in preparation for crop removal.
- Monitor the effectiveness of pest sprays.
- Ensure all hygiene and quarantine protocols are followed.
- Work with the team to plan for the farming season.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.

As an **_IPM Grounds Team Member_**, you will be owning end-to-end IPM operations for the site.
- What does the role look like:_
- **Clean Up**: Keep hygiene stations clean and tidy across the grounds.
- **Chemical Handling**: Manage and look after chemical products
- **Weed Control**: Help with weeding indoors and outdoors, including spraying.
- **Other operations**: Assist with pest control, like releasing helpful insects during outbreaks.
- **Spraying**: Take part in spraying during the crop pull-out in glasshouses.
- **Equipment Prep**: Move and organize equipment needed for spraying.
- **Pest Monitoring**: Set up and check sticky traps and other pest tools.
- **General Support**: Help with various tasks as needed.

**_What will you bring (preferred, not mandatory)_**
- Hands on experience in a construction, garden and landscaping, pest control environment
- Forklift ticket
- Previous experience in spraying (chemical usage)
- Previous experience in crop disease and pest identification
