Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage plumbing staff and day-to-day operations.
Liaise with clients, staff, and other plumbers to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage bookings, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients.
Utilize computer skills for administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:
20+ years of experience as a professional plumber.
Strong computer skills (familiarity with booking software preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
