The Kyah - Night Manager / Auditor

We are on the hunt an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated person to join the team at Kyah.

The Kyah, situated in Blackheath, Blue Mountains has completed our most recent landscaping work and is currently looking for an experienced Night Manager / Auditor. Due to the rapid growth of our brand, we are looking for long term employees wishing to become part of the Kyah team.

Reporting to the Rooms Manager, this hands-on position will see you supporting the night Front Office operations across our venues.

Your duties will be varied and engaging, including but not limited to:

- Undertaking of all night audit tasks/reporting, maintaining daily reports, property security checks and continual review/improvement of systems
- Manage emergency situations and provide the first response to medical situations
- Be hands-on and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too
- Answering guest enquiries
- Proactively deal with guest complaints and issues ensuring prompt resolution or escalation where necessary
- Manage the health and safety of all guests and staff, including responding to incidents and completing incident reports.
- The ability to work independently and to manage a shift is also crucial.

**Experience**:

- Night Manager/Auditor: 1 year (preferred)
