**Your Future Role...**
will be working as a
**12D Civil Designer** and will be responsible for:

- Designing and drafting using your **12D Civil Design capabilities **on a range of complex **land development projects.**:

- Maintaining project documentation.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and meet client’s standards
- Liaise with clients, authorities and stakeholders on project progress and issues.

You will need:

- Any relevant qualifications
- **2-4 years **demonstrated **local experience** in land development projects using **12D.**:

- Communication and interpersonal skills need to be A-Grade, both written and verbal.
- Ambitious and keen to progress your career.
- Proactive and self-driven.
