**The Position**

**Key Duties**
- Assist with organising front of house functions team in the daily operational demands.
- Focus on retail/ cafe and function / events & boarders dining
- Support and supervise the delivery of service across all functions.
- Ensure Food Safety Practice is followed and adhered too
- Roster will be varied across 7 days. Most shifts 6am - 2pm or 11.30am -7:30pm

**The Person**
- Previous experience as a leader within a hospitality environment
- Coffee skills an advantage
- RSA required
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
