**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients Sydney Trade Store team. This is a hands-on role combining front-of-house customer service with general warehouse duties and store upkeep. If you thrive in a small, close-knit team and enjoy variety in your workday, this could be the perfect fit.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Sales**
- Be the first point of contact for walk-in and phone customers.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the external sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed or infrequent customers.
- Promote trade store offers and accessories to drive foot traffic.

**Warehouse & Store Management**
- Receive and register incoming stock.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse and trade store area.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and assist with weekly cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with other store locations as needed.

**Other Duties**
- Participate in product training and team meetings.
- Support team members across other departments where needed

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
