**Job Description**:
- Updating database with all relevant property information & compliance records.
- Collate property documentation as required for property risk assessments and compliance checklists.
- Review Landlord Invoices for accuracy and liaise with landlords.
- Ensuring that the Vendor/Landlord details are maintained as required.
- Accurate gathering of property data for forms.
- Editing, reviewing & preparing documents.
- Rental reconciliations where discrepancy/arrears are apparent on all statements.
- Calculate fixed, CPI and lease events report for the team on a regular basis.
- Examine and update contracts ensuring accuracy & compliance.
- Liaising with contractors/tenants, solicitors, clients, agents, and suppliers as required.
- Proof reading and file management of all reports, correspondence, and other outgoing documentation.
- Assisting the team to provide the best possible service to Clients and Tenants.
- Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Tertiary qualifications (Australian degree preferable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Excellent command of English, grammar, spelling, and general literacy is required.
- Accurate gathering of property data for forms and database.
- Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties and lease renewals.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Good financial literacy.
- An understanding of building services.
- An ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in industries involving strong customer service.
- NSW drivers? licence and own vehicle as you will be travelling between sites for part of your week.
