**About the Opportunity**:
ETE Talent Consultants are an online agency located in Australia, who are extremely proud of what we do and we'd love you to help shape our future.

Due to our global expansion, we are looking for a true leader to coach and develop from the frontline to build and nurture relationships and motivate and drive our business to the next level.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
Along with your established experience as an Agile Coach you will need:

- Minimum of 5 years previous experience
- Proven coaching skills (e.g. communication, listening, intervention, empathy).
- Assertive, yet empathetic with the confidence to be the voice of authority and not afraid to do what is best for the organisation.
- You bring an open mind and are coachable
- You can lead, teach, show, mentor, advise and support people through their own journey
- A desire to care, connect with and support others - it’s at the core of who we are

- Build and coach multiple high performing individuals in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Empower leadership in building, growing and sustaining a thriving team
