**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Becoming a Brand Ambassador, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results.
- Inspires and motivates team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Building strong Clientele based relationships and has a passion for providing great customer service.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive store performance.
- At least 1-2 years retail Management experience.
- Leading and managing a team of 5-7 passionate retail employees.
