An exciting opportunity for a veterinarian to join the Vetlink Employment Service recruitment team is available. This role is ideal for a veterinarian looking for a new career. We offer an excellent training program to ensure you develop the skills to succeed in your new role, and no previous recruiting experience is required.

The purpose of this role is to place vets into locum and permanent positions in Australia and overseas. It is very interesting and rewarding work.

Our recruitment team is staffed by veterinary professionals and owned by a qualified veterinarian with over 25 years of recruiting experience. Vetlink Employment Service is Australia's leading specialist recruitment company for the Veterinary Industry. Since 1997 over 14,000 locum and permanent placements have been made by Vetlink throughout Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Asia, Canada and other countries.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Writing job descriptions
- Attending trade fairs
- Interviewing vets and vet nurses
- Speaking with groups of students (optional)
- Interstate and overseas travel (optional)

Most of the work is office-based, with the opportunity to travel interstate or overseas if desired.

Our office in Perth is a turn-of-the-century, fully renovated, character building in Mosman Park. It is well located between the river and the sea and close to the train and shops.
