About the team
The SA/NT Retail Lending Team has been established to provide the home loan customers in our state with a customer experience that is second to none. The team is made up of 12 lenders based across Adelaide and the Northern Territory.
Our team values hard work, determination, and honesty as well as a willingness to learn. We pride ourselves on our fun, yet professional culture and our desire to do what’s right for our customers.
About the role
As a Home Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for the success of our customers via the provision of relevant products and services that truly meet their financial needs. You will play an integral part in driving growth in our state.
We are looking for a motivated person who isn’t afraid to ask for the business, has a passion for lending and someone that will thrive in a collaborative, high performance environment.
This is a Permanent Position working Full time hours, based at our Adelaide Head Office and also rotates through corporate branch locations.
About you
A highly organised person that can prioritise their work effectively and manage a lending pipeline
Experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs to tailor practical financial solutions
A demonstrated history of achieving strong results
Demonstrated highly developed relationship building skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
Highly skilled in problem solving and structuring credit scenarios for customers
A driver’s license
