**Your Key Accountabilities will include**:
Deliver statistical and analytical advice to the Intelligence Capability and senior members of the Crime and Intelligence Command to inform problem identification and context and communicate potential solutions to problems places, cases and crime types.
Lead and manage the development and delivery of statistical management programs, methodology and systems to build intelligence capability across the Intelligence Capability.
Develop and implement innovative solutions and promote continuous improvement including through the review of practices, procedures and standards to enhance the accurate management, dissemination and reporting of statistical data.
Undertake highly complex, independent statistical and technical analysis and provide authoritative advice to influence, inform and support decision making and the development of intelligence documents.
Identify, collect and monitor data that detects underlying trends in crime, road policing, family violence and public safety data including provision of forecasts.
Engage and build productive relationships to create understanding and capability within the Intelligence Directorate and inform key partners regarding statistical data.
Represent the Assistant Commissioner, Crime and Intelligence Command and the Intelligence Directorate at forums to provide high quality, authoritative advice on statistical issues.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
