The role of Maintenance Manager in Geelong will have you reporting directly to the Factory Manager and aims to ensure that all fixed and mobile equipment on-site is maintained at the necessary standard, guaranteeing both reliability and cost-effectiveness. If needed, enjoy a relocation package that includes a $3000 allowance, four weeks' accommodation, one-way airfare for you and your immediate family, and transport for household goods.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Ensure top-notch maintenance of fixed and mobile equipment for reliable and cost-effective operations.
- Lead the maintenance team in safety initiatives and preventive routines.
- Conduct SHEQ activities like FSR audits, JRA observations, and hazard reporting.
- Plan and execute improvement projects.
- Procure parts, materials, and services.
- Manage maintenance budgets and shutdown plans.
- Monitor mobile equipment performance and coordinate repairs.

**_Requirements:_**
- Mechanical trades background or Graduate Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs and CMMS exposure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Cost-conscious approach and excellent communication skills.
