**About the role at Blackbird**

Blackbird is looking for a Leadership Ops Coordinator to support the Blackbird Sydney office and Blackbird’s Leadership Ops team. We are big believers in Danny Meyer’s concept of ‘enlightened hospitality’ - so much so that it’s become one of our core Blackbird operating principles. This role will focus on the delivery of enlightened hospitality to Blackbird’s founders and the Blackbird team.

**Seniority**

Entry Level - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

Facilities and Asset Management - Source and manage the tools, services, and processes that support the operations of the organization’s office and assets

**Strengths**
- Results orientation - Focuses on outcomes and the steps it takes to achieve them
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Verbal communication - Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
