**The Client**

Our client has been operating successfully in Australia and internationally for decades and is one of the major players shaping the future of Australian off-the-plan and investor property sales. **Duties**

Located here in Sydney to manage the Victorian portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the process of nursing contracts from unconditional to settlement, dealing predominantly with B2B (external) relationships.

With circa 800 settlements in the pipeline, duties will include:

- Being the key liaison with all external stakeholders for settlement enquiries
- Ensure all settlement, customer and finance info is updated in the CRM
- Liaise with developers and closely monitor title registration
- Support the finance process for purchasers by capturing valuation results and obtaining approval letters
- Facilitate building inspections and the handover process
- Develop business guidelines to ensure all Branches execute tasks in a similar manner
- Provide regular reports and updates
- Keep the Property Management team advised of timeframes
- Register, maintain and manage the defects process

**Specific requirements**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy admin / support role within a results-driven environment
- Prior experience in real estate or property, or experience liaising with solicitors, conveyancers or developers preferred
- Have a love of data, be systems savvy and highly capable at generating and interpreting reports
- Strong communication skills (including the ability to speak & write English and Mandarin fluently)
