**Key Accountabilities**:
**About the Role**:
We have a newly created role available for you to join the Brisbane team. You will be working as an Office Administrator and have the opportunity undertake a Certificate 3 in Business Administration traineeship. You will be provided with ongoing support and dedicated time each week to your development. We are seeking an energetic, team-player to provide administrative support, deliver exceptional customer service and champion the NPE brand. This role would suit a well-structured, adaptable team-player who is looking to develop their career and join a growing national brand.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional service as the first point of contact for branch visitors, phone calls and enquiries
- General administrative duties including but not limited to processing of purchase orders, invoicing, site access and travel bookings
- Timely collation and processing of branch documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe reception and office area
- Efficient coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Providing support to other departments to achieve key business objectives
- Delivering exceptional customer service and championing the NPE brand

**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:

- Driver’s License
- Well-developed communication skills
- Exceptional organisation
- Patient, flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills would be advantageous)
- Ability to contribute to ongoing improvement and expansion in your own knowledge and skill set
