**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, engines, and drill bits.
- Inspect and diagnose equipment problems and develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure that all equipment is safe and fully operational before use.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Drill Fitter.
- A relevant mechanical trade qualification.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
