Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support clients living locally. Current shifts available include, Friday-Sunday 9am-3pm. No experience required, a license is **essential**. Potential for more work in the future.

**The role may include but not limited to**:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed.

**Essential**:

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.

**Desirable/Highly preferred but not essential**:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

**Job Types**: Casual, Graduate

**Salary**: $28.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
All required PPE will be supplied.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
