**About the role at Commonwealth Bank**

The Portfolio Analytics and Modelling team provides analytical support for the Portfolio Managers within Portfolio Management as well as modelling support for the whole of Group Treasury.

It also provides timely and relevant Balance Sheet and Market risk analytics to senior staff in Group Treasury and to senior Executive committees including ALCO.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Data Management and Visualization - Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
- Data Cleaning and Preparation - Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users

- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
