Dale Christian College WA, a K-12 school nestled in the southern suburbs of Western Australia, is actively seeking a dynamic, qualified, and innovative Cert IV Education Support Assistant with the ability to work in all areas of Primary from Kindy to Year 6 (Special Needs training would be preferred but is not essential). We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate a strong commitment to Christian Education and who will actively support our teaching staff.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
Be prepared to model, uphold and support the ethos of the College and its Core Values.
Be able to supervise students, including those with special needs, under the direction of the classroom teacher.
Prepare lessons and materials for individuals and small groups
Attend staff meetings and teacher meetings to discuss student outcomes
Be well-qualified to assist students with educational outcomes, general care and behavioural management.
Be willing to be a productive member of our team and work collegially with the other members of the team.
Adhere to the “Staff Code of Conduct”, “Child Protection Policy” and the College “Statement of Faith”.
