**Your Role**

This is an
**Specialist ESG,**
***role where you will position IAG as a leader through supporting alignment of IAG’s sustainability and ESG activity with our organisational strategy. With an multi-stakeholder lens you will help deliver on IAG’s non-financial reporting and analytics requirements, improvements to transparency & disclosure, as well as the communication of IAG’s safer communities and sustainability approach and performance. You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of continuously improving the processes and Iag's strategy.

**ABOUT YOU **
- You'll support the delivery of IAG’s non-financial, ESG reporting and analytics. Help implement, execute on, and communicate IAG’s sustainability approach.
- You will ensure IAG remains compliant with future ESG disclosure requirements by keeping across, and communicating, developments with reporting initiatives such as ISSB and TNFD.
- You will support the Manager, Responsible Business to develop and align reporting to IAG’s strategic objectives and manage quarterly progress reporting and governance for IAG’s public sustainability commitments.
- You'll engage with IAG’s business divisions on priority sustainability initiatives to ensure ownership is embedded.
- Support, with an investor lens, disclosure and transparency on sustainability topics to maintain a leadership position, including IAG’s annual reporting suite, and submissions to the DJSI and CDP.
- Support annual progress reporting to the UNEP Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI) and UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
- You will work with the Climate Change Specialist and Manager in leading IAG’s climate related disclosures that maintain a competitive advantage with investors.
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for employee engagement and connection to community through sustainability projects and initiatives.
