We are currently seeking a skilled Contracts Officer to manage various types of contracts, including NDIS participant agreements, employee contracts, and lease arrangements for participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Review and Draft Contracts**: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements with NDIS participants, employee contracts, and lease agreements for participant accommodations.
- **Lease Management for NDIS Participants**: Arrange and oversee the leasing of properties for NDIS participants, ensuring that lease terms align with the participant's needs and NDIS funding allocations.
- **NDIS Compliance**: Ensure that all contracts, especially service agreements and leases, comply with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, relevant legislation, and organizational policies.
- **Manage Employee Contracts**: Draft and maintain employment contracts for staff, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal HR policies. Oversee contract renewals and terminations as necessary.
- **Service Agreement Management**: Develop, monitor, and manage NDIS participant service agreements, ensuring deliverables, terms, and expectations are clearly defined and aligned with participant funding plans.
- **Coordination with Plan Managers and Stakeholders**: Collaborate with NDIS plan managers, support coordinators, property managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure contract terms are clear and beneficial to participants.
- **Contract Renewals and Terminations**: Manage the renewal, amendment, and termination of contracts, including lease agreements, service contracts, and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with service agreements, employee contracts, and lease arrangements.
- **Record Management**: Maintain an organized and secure record of all contracts, ensuring easy access for audits, NDIS reviews, and other regulatory needs.
- **Provide Advice on Contracts**: Offer guidance and advice to management regarding contractual obligations, risks, and best practices across service, employment, and lease agreements.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor-level qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management.
- **Highly Desirable**: IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
