The team are bound by a family atmosphere, live onsite in a vibrant community and are currently seeking a suitably experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their teamthis is where you come in

**What you can expect from a day in this role**:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each guest is consistently given the gift of devoted and selfless attention, overall creating lifelong memories. You’ll contribute to and oversee the delivery of high quality cleaning and house keeping services within each of our 20 suites.
- Supervising daily operations, plan and assign work and assist with performance and development goals for employees.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues.
- Ensure we have the appropriate tools and equipment to carry out jobs and duties.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Complete quality inspections alongside the Executive Housekeeper.
- Inspect public areas, guest rooms/ suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvement.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including making beds, as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in a luxury accommodation environment or similar,
- Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,
- A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve,
- Extremely high attention to detail
- A vehicle and drivers’ licence (preferred)

Our staff has access to live in subsidised and fully-furnished accommodation in Tasmania’s breathtaking Freycinet National Park which is located only 10 minutes drive from holiday town, Coles Bay. You can also expect access to Wi-Fi, gym, entertainment and BBQ facilities at the employee accommodation site as well as a complimentary meal on your shift.
