An exciting permanent full-time opportunity is available to join a dedicated multi-discipline Night Shift team at the NSW Health Pathology Wollongong Laboratory. We are looking for an adaptable and customer focused individual who is a great team member and is passionate about providing Health Services to their local community.

NSW Health Pathology is the largest Public Health Pathology provider in NSW, and the Wollongong laboratory currently has a permanent full-time multi-discipline Night Shift position available, which delivers a range of analytical testing services for our patients and clients, to ensure quality, safe and timely results to support positive patient outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of pathology services within a discipline relevant to the department, including use of Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems and Quality Systems
- Ability to work in a responsible and efficient manner and to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment whilst working autonomously to deliver results within specified timeframes set to meet client expectations
- Customer focused approach displaying well-developed interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and patients as well as clinical laboratory staff
- Commitment to the principles of quality management and continuous quality improvement and to identify, develop and implement quality and service improvement activities
