Downer's Road Services business, DM Roads, is one of the largest non-government owned road services businesses in Australia. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road. We currently have unique opportunities within road maintenance activities across the Melton Shire. This is a long-term contract that will create a sustainable, vibrant, safe, accommodating Melton for all.

We are looking to appoint a **Road Network Inspector **based out of Melton, Victoria to undertake inspections of road assets. You **will evaluate condition, identify repairs, suggest appropriate treatments, and document findings **. This role would suit someone who has a high regard for safety and quality.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Demonstrated **experience in working with road assets, bridges, culverts, signs and barriers preferred**:

- **Current Motor Vehicle license**:

- The ability to **travel and work away from home **for periods of time as required
- Current General Construction Induction card (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with **mínimal supervision**:

- Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
- **Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills**:

- Systems level proficiency with computer systems
- Strong commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm culture
