Backhoe Operator

We are looking for an experienced **Backhoe Operator **to support our Road Maintenance & Drainage team across the **Melton **Shire. This long-term contract aims to create a sustainable, vibrant, and safe environment for the community.

This position is primarily an Operator role however you will also be required to carry out general labouring duties as required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Current MR licence or willingness to obtain
- **Current General Construction Induction card**:

- Demonstrated **experience operating a backhoe**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm culture
