As Nextt enters an exciting growth period, so does the significance of our Client Enquiry Team. Bringing in a high % of our business’ growth, the role of a Client Enquiry Officer is pivotal to our success, and very rewarding. Reporting into the National Everyday Success Manager, you’ll join a tight knit group of Client Enquiries Officers and Everyday Success Managers - who value teamwork, support, and care for teammates, and sharing in the accomplishment of bringing on new clients into Nextt.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
The National Enquiries Team are in charge of managing national client enquiries for potential new clients joining Nextt. In your role, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for all our clients who are on the journey to receive services.
- Managing the flow of information and files within the systems we use.
- Problem solving based on operational knowledge and experience, triaging potential new enquiries through to the relevant team within Nextt.
- will work with the referrer/client to determine the services needed and connect them through to a Client Manager to convert the enquiry into an onboarded client for Nextt.

**Qualifications and Experience**
The Client Enquiries Officer should have a strong Customer Service Mindset, have solid communication skills, both on the phone but also written and be flexible to adapt their communication style to the caller on the other end of the phone. In a Client Enquiries Officer, we look for:

- Experience working in a sales / customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and towards targets.
- A passion to support clients get the most out of life. NDIS and funding understanding is a bonus, but not essential.
