**HOMECARING TOOWOOMBA IS SEEKING A FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER FOR ACTIVE NIGHT SHIFTS.**

We are seeking a kind and caring female Support Workers to assist our female Participant with complex mental health challenges who we support on a 24/7 basis.
- **NB: Experience in working with people with mental health challenges is preferred.**_

- **Our Participant's will need you to assist them with**:_
- Activities of daily living
- Community and social engagement
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.
- **To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have**:_
- A genuine passionfor working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent case noting experience
- Conversational communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Ability to recognise triggers, keep participant safe and ability to deescalate moods while allowing participants to live their best life
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Fluent spoken English
- NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card) (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Current First Aid certificate
- The right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 per hour
