An opportunity exists for a **Client Services Officer** to join their professional, collaborative and growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with an inclusive and fun team where there is no hierarchy and you can show-case your administration skills

**The role**

This is a critical role for the business as it demonstrates to clients that the business is professional, competent and conducted with discretion. You will work closely with the Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and the Practice Manager, this is an inclusive, multi-cultural team. The role is highly varied and interesting - no 2 days are the same You will be well supported and onboarded.

**As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include**:

- Administration support to the advisers including tracking workflows
- Compiling financial planning Statements of Advice, annual reviews and insurance reviews - all under the guidance of your team.
- Liaising with our financial planning team on the implementation process for portfolios
- Completion of Application and transaction forms and statements
- Follow up clients for outstanding information and documentation
- Preparation of correspondence and documentation for external use

- Excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a keen eye for details and sharp administrative skills
- Exceptional telephone manner with a strong focus on customer service
- Solid Administration skills and the ability to juggle different tasks at any one time
- MS Office experience - essential
- Experience of working with Xplan an advantage
