Starline Security is growing and we need more security screen and door fabricators / aluminium machine operators.

We are a Security Screen and Door manufacturer and wholesaler located near Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be careful and focused on quality and safety yet you can get your tasks completed as efficiently as possible.

Must have's include:

- Power Tools experience.
- Muscles. Although within lifting guidelines you will have the strength and stamina to handle heavy and long aluminium bundles all day.
- Aluminium Cutting Machinery and Aluminium Fabrications operations experience.
- A flexible work life balance with the ability to get yourself to and from work for shift times outside of normal public transport times.

Full training to people with a positive can do attitude will be gladly offered.

The position is casual but is full-time hours (38 to 40hr week). We run day and evening shifts and can offer flexible start and finish times. We also offer staff the opportunity to accumulate hours if you wish for when you want days off.

We pay well for this position relative to other security screen fabricators but we expect the best performance from you.

$25.00 to $35.00 per hour. The pay rate you are paid is almost entirely dependent upon you. You will see your pay rate rapidly increase if we can see that you are quickly becoming a highly skilled, competent, reliable, trustworthy, high performing individual. It also helps immensely if you have a great attitude, you work well with others, learn quickly and you can follow instructions.

Our workshop safety is a top priority. Therefore we have a strict no drugs policy. Random drug screening is conducted on a regular basis.
