**About the Opportunity**
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to your dedicated client group. You will work to build strong professional relationships with your key stakeholders as you provide coaching and mentoring to uplift their capability in the people remit. Forming a part of the broader HR team, you will work to operationalise the people strategy through initiatives and projects and the continual improvement of policies and procedures.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Partner with key stakeholders within your client portfolio to address the emerging and current issues and needs.
- Review complex client HR issues and consult with Centres of Excellence to coordinate development of strategies, interventions and plans to best meet client needs.
- Support HR Officers and provide expert procedural advice on Employee Relations issues, including, but not limited to, grievances, performance management, or other employee relations issues.

**About You**
You will be an experienced HR practitioner with a passion for people. Building relationships with stakeholders will come quickly to you, and your ability understand and address pain points to best deliver tailored advice will be exceptional. Bringing a strong, contemporary approach to HR, you will demonstrate an analytical and commercial approach to achieving business outcomes. You will thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment where you can influence across all levels of the business structure.

You will also have:

- Experience in the Human Resources generalist space, partnering with the business to deliver strategic advice and outcomes.
- Learned knowledge of a large variety of Human Resources functions, including Enterprise Agreements, organisational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, employment law and employee and union relations.
- An analytical and strategic mindset which is supplemented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive an aptitude for conscientious relations with stakeholders.
- Robust self-motivation skills which drive a desire to consistently achieve in all facets of the function whilst managing competing demands in the fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of relevant HR and WHS practises.
