About the Role
As the Principal Program Advisor, you will collaborate with operational and project teams to support the delivery of a transformative program of projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring effective implementation, change management, and reporting, while also providing oversight and supervision to a small team.
Your Responsibilities
Work across QLeave's service delivery function and project teams to deliver a transformation program of projects
Undertake liaison, consultation, discussion and negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders to interpret business and user requirements to support project and service delivery outcomes
Undertake research and analysis to identify and advise on future business improvements, opportunities, priorities and issues across operational areas
Provide expert advice and support on the development of improvement, business and technology initiatives and projects to ensure QLeave's service delivery aligns with strategic priorities
Contribute to the implementation of QLeave's Portfolio Plan by identifying, responding to, and reporting on risks, and raising awareness within your team to ensure compliance to legislation and public sector policies and procedures

demonstrate experience in stakeholder engagement and change management in an environment of complex remediation, transformation and ICT projects
demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, consult and negotiate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to form and implement collaborative solutions
