**Disability Support Worker**
Location: Warwick, QLD (Approx. 2.5 hours drive from Brisbane)

**About the Role**

We are looking for a caring and dependable Disability Support Worker to assist a young Australian woman in her early 20s to live more independently and enhance her quality of life.
- Provide daily living assistance
- Help with household chores
- Weekly transport to Brisbane (until end of September)
- Transport and accompany to medical and other appointments
- Complete shift notes and share progress updates
- Create a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment
- Support the participant in achieving her NDIS goals

**Requirements**:

- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
- Willing to build a long-term, trusting relationship
- Ability to communicate effectively with family and other stakeholders

**Working Hours**
- Negotiable (flexible scheduling available)

**Pay & Benefits**
- Weekday rate (Monday-Friday): from $39.95 - per hour (based on experience and qualifications, inclusive of superannuation)
- Other times and conditions in accordance with **SCHADS Award**:
