**FULL-TIME (Live-in/out) Manager/Housekeeper for lovely home in Norman Park, Brisbane -NORM**

Love gardening and outdoor areas?

Live-in preferred but will consider live-out

A busy professional couple with a large home in Norman Park are looking for a House Manager/Housekeeper/Cook to help them maintain their lovely home.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to work in a varied role which will include all domestic duties such as laundry detail, ensuring all areas of the home are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and someone who is well versed in preparing a variety of evening meals to suit the family’s preferences.

They currently have cleaners twice per week so either more of management and housekeeping is an option for you. Other duties will include organising family vehicle valeting, taking care of a compact garden and organising the pool maintenance, etc.

General duties will include:
Ensuring the residence is kept clean, organised and tidy at all times

Gardening/pool area

Changing bed linen and towels

Cleaning kitchen and appliances

A thorough knowledge of all laundry duties including delicates (washing, ironing, folding)

Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering as required

Maintain clean and sanitary bathroom areas

Have good communication skills

Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude

Be able to prepare daily meals (dietary requirements to be confirmed)

Be familiar with correct cleaning techniques and laundry care

Have previous long-term experience

Hold a Current Police Check and Drivers License, COVID Vax, First Aid

Have good references from past employers

Hours: Flexibility is available but up to 38 hours per week are available should you want full-time

**Salary**: Full time $80,000 inclusive package for the right person

Start Date: ASAP

This is a long term, permanent position.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
