**How will I help?**

Group Operations (GO) consists of 4 lines of business with over 5000 people across five countries. Each Business delivers services for our customers and our people and manages significant spend across Westpac Group. Mortgage Operations is a key part of our Group Operations team and is responsible for bringing our Group vision to life by building a team of the best home loan experts focused on delivering ‘magic’ moments for our customers, business partners and each other

As a Credit Quality Review Officer, you will be a key member of the Mortgage Operations business and your role is paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac’s vision. You will provide high quality credit decisions through timely delivery and support the organisation in achieving desired risk and reward balance of the secured portfolio.

**Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Delivers high quality credit decisions within service level agreements
- Contributes to maintaining team service level agreements
- Provides an escalation point for exception reviews / requests
- Provides coaching and feedback to retail channel / broker channel / internal stakeholders
- Promotes a focus on customer centricity.

**What do I need?**

You will have 2-4 years in credit or a relevant business discipline experience and will aim to meet our mortgage operations lending needs to deliver sound, customer focused outcomes
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal - able to build professional partnerships with internal and external customers
- You are analytical and have high attention to detail. Furthermore, you can work autonomously and can manage to workload based in priorities.
- Strong attention to detail while still delivering within expected accuracy and timeliness guidelines
