**Entertainment Travel Coordinator Overview**:
Join TAG’s Touring Department as a full-time Entertainment Travel Coordinator. You'll manage travel arrangements for entertainment clients, including booking air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring all travel meets client expectations.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Coordinate and book client travel with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Handle administrative tasks (ticketing, documentation, reporting, issue resolution)
- Support training for junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement
- Build strong client and supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective travel options
- Collaborate globally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year in a travel role (2-3 years preferred)
- GDS experience (Galileo preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
