**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored workforce solutions and responsive service delivery.
- Coordinate rostering and workforce allocation to meet fluctuating client demands across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, industry regulations and company policies during recruitment and onboarding.
- Monitor workforce performance and gather client feedback to maintain service quality and address potential issues proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or labour hire (hospitality/aged care/mining sectors preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Understanding of Fair Work and WHS legislation relevant to the recruitment process.
